At Allegiance Flag Supply, we take pride in our American craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flag or hardware doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your American-made goods and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned items for quality assurance and process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
